Prime Minister Imran Khan launched the Ehsaas Scholarship Undergraduate Program in 2018 for students from low-income families. This program was the largest scholarship program in Pakistan’s history. Eligibility Criteria for Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship 2024

- Monthly stipend
- Particular preference will be given to students belonging to backward areas.
- Students from low-income families enrolled in affiliated public sector universities will also be eligible for the Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship.
Ineligibility Criteria for Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship
- Those students enrolled in a program on a self-financed/self-support basis are not eligible to apply for this program.
- All students who have received a scholarship or grant from any other source are not eligible for this Scholarship.
- Not all students receiving a scholarship from any other source are eligible for this program.
- This program is exclusively for current and regular students who are completing their studies at the university. Distance learning students are also ineligible for the scholarship.

- Eligible candidates can apply online at ehsaas.he.gov.pk.

- The completed application form can be submitted to the financial aid office of the concerned university and the financial aid application officer can be contacted.
- Do not submit the application form directly to HEC
- After applying online, the applicant must submit the hard copy of their application and the following documents to their financial aid office.
- Copy of applicant’s CNIC or B-form
- Copy of Father’s CNIC
- Pay slip of father or guardian.
- If the monthly income of the guardian of the applicant is less than 45 thousand rupees, then it has to be attached with an oath of fifty rupees on stamp paper.
- Six months of electricity, gas, telephone, or water bills
- Copy of rent agreement in case of the rented house
- Final fee receipt of applicant and siblings
- Documents related to medical expenses
- Passport size photograph
