According to the new update of the Ehsaas Rashan Program, a Rs 4500 subsidy will be provided to poor and deserving families for Rashan. This initiative has been taken to provide relief to the poor and distressed families affected by this inflation. Before this, the procedure of Ehsaas Rashan’s program was different.
40% discount on selected utility items was provided as a subsidy to poor families at registered utility stores across the country. Rashan cards were distributed to eligible families to get a 40% subsidy, but now eligible families with 4500 rupees will be given rashan.

Govt has introduced the 8123 SMS service to check your eligibility through SMS service through which you can easily check your eligibility. To check your registration eligibility, type your 13-digit CNIC number in the SMS box and send it to 8123. You will then receive a confirmation SMS telling you whether you are eligible or not and then you can register yourself.
